take care is a mod that will add an information bar on any animal or mob in Minecraft, which will show information about that specific creature, letting us know what its maximum lifespan is, how much life it has left and what enchantments he has active, in case he has any.

This bar will be green when the entity is at full health, yellow if its health is moderately damaged, and red when its health is critical. In the bar we can also see this same information in numerical values, indicating the life and the percentage of life remaining, as well as an icon that will indicate if it has active enchantments.
