streams is a mod that aims to give a more realistic and logical touch to the rivers of Minecraft, modifying the terrain generation to fulfill this objective. With this mod installed, rivers will be born from hills and mountain peaks, from where they will descend with greater unevenness, creating water currents, where navigation will be more fun.
In general, with this mod installed, rivers will be wider and have higher water flow. In the same way, streams can be created, which can create new rivers and join larger rivers. This, in addition to being fun to navigate, will give the game’s rivers added realism.
