Not manufactured Its purpose is to allow us to craft all those blocks and items that cannot be crafted or obtained in survival mode, and which otherwise can only be obtained through the creative mode menu, through commands or cheats.

We are going to go over some of the items that we can craft with this mod. Now in survival mode we can craft and use command blocks, sponges, mob spawners, mob eggs, grass blocks, saddles, horse armor, beacons and ice blocks , among others.
